We sail a fleet of RoPax and High-Speed Crafts (HSC) along Strait of Gibraltar back and forth - short routes, but big impact. Our crews are known for being professional, efficient, and occasionally very enthusiastic about coffee. Join us and become part of a tight-knit team that gets the job done (and knows how to enjoy shore leave).

📌 The Details

Position: Open Application - Deck Department (future roles)
Location: Strait of Gibraltar (Algeciras is our home, Tanger is our destiny, Ceuta is our dream)
Vessel-based: Shore accommodation may be available (if you're lucky)
Contract: Rotational - usually 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (if we won't call you earlier)

🧭 Who We're Looking For

We're building our talent pool with these key roles:

Deck Officers:
Master, Chief Officer, Second Officer, Third Officer

Deck Ratings:
Bosun, Able Seaman (AB), Ordinary Seaman (OS)

Cadets:
Deck Cadets with stars in their eyes (and charts in their hands)

👤 A Bit About You

You're the type who can keep your cool when the sea (or the schedule) gets choppy and temperature hit the records. You adapt, overcome, and maybe even enjoy a bit of chaos before breakfast. You value safety, teamwork, and can spot a loose mooring line from a shadow.

And let's not forget, you've got:

✅ Valid STCW Certificates
✅ MLC-compliant Medical Certificate
✅ Seaman's Book
✅ Passport ready for stamps
✅ Experience in rank & on similar vessels (bonus points!)
✅ FRB Certificate (huge step forward for ratings)
✅ Marlins English test score (or just impress us in conversation)
