You will be part of the DB Equity Distribution division which sits within the Global Origination and Advisory unit at DB Investment Bank. We analyze relevant trends for the bank in financial markets, the economy and society, highlight risks and opportunities to institutional clients and act as consultants for the bank and relevant stakeholders. You will sit within the Swiss-based General Sales and Sales Trading team, and will engage closely with Swiss Institutional clients and internal stakeholders, delivering tailored equity ideas by discussing macro, sector and stock specific views from the DB Research department. You will look to enhance relationships with existing clients as well as looking for opportunities with new clients and support the ECM distribution process.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage global cash equity orders to grow our business and position DB as a go-to source for equity perspectives

• Partner with priority clients by developing strong relationships through value-added transmission of the DB Equity Research and Trading product

• Provide market intelligence and individual stock ideas to clients in support of their investment process

• Partner with execution and advisory desks to support the ECM distribution process and advise clients

• Identify new client relationships to promote DB's Equity Distribution offering

• Manage analyst marketing, conferences, roadshow meetings and industry events with clients

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Bank's CRM system

Skills:

• 5+ years of European/Global equity market experience

• Strong team player - ability to work well with other Sales & Sales Trading personnel as well as the Research Analyst teams

• Distinguished track record of building and maintaining key client coverage, expanding reach and coverage where necessary to win business

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a winning personality

• Exceptional written and communication skills

• Ability to create and execute comprehensive business plans

• Highly effective communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English & German (Italian & Spanish would be an asset)
