Within this context, the Client Implementation team plays a critical role in delivering highly complex client account openings and product setup requests, ensuring smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance for new, changing, or expanding client needs.

Responsibilities

• Determine the required documentation and forms for each case, including AML and tax‑related requirements (QI, FATCA, CRS).
• Drive the implementation of high‑quality solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Ensure seamless setup of products and services in line with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Continuously monitor product performance and client feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance features, processes, or service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Tax, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Front Office) to ensure timely execution of required adjustments.
• Support process improvements and contribute to risk‑mitigation initiatives within Client Lifecycle Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a tax‑related Financial Services role; background in Tax, Compliance, Legal, or risk‑related functions.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and multi‑jurisdictional compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills for reconciling complex files.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Avaloq knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams, managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Project‑management mindset and driven, proactive working style.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
