Job Description

Denodo is looking for a technical, passionate, hands-on data advocate, customer-oriented, and willing to take Denodo learning and education to the next level to join our Global Office team, as part of the Customer Success organization.

Your mission is to take Denodo's adoption to the next level by ensuring that every customer, partner, and community member has the knowledge they need to transform their data into a strategic asset using the Denodo Platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and customer success, building a world-class journey that turns a curious user into a Denodo Platform certified expert.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Orchestrate the global roadmap for education initiatives:
    • Responsible for designing, managing, and communicating education initiatives based on evolving business needs, including Learning Paths by role and by topic, Training courses, Certification exams, Hands-on labs, Knowledge Base articles, and Tutorials.
    • Constantly working across the organization to identify and resolve knowledge-related issues and promote knowledge sharing through existing processes.
    • Vendor management (LMS, hands-on lab environments, proctoring services).
  • Stay at the forefront of the modern data landscape (Cloud, AI, Integration) to ensure Denodo's educational content remains cutting-edge.
    • Develop white papers, presentations, training materials or documentation on related topics.
  • Align educational outcomes with business growth, ensuring that education programs directly contribute to customer retention.
  • Define metrics, and analyze issues, data, and trends to make data-driven decisions that improve the quality of the technical resources and new ways of working.
  • Define new ways of working, implementing modern tools and methodologies that optimize the creation and delivery of technical enablement at scale.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new members of the team are hired and mentor new additions to the team.

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills

  • Leadership: BS or higher degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within Customer Success, or Technical Enablement in the software industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling Training and Certification Programs for complex technical products (SaaS or Data Management).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE or SAM)
  • Experience overseeing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and certification platforms to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and translate KPIs into actionable insights that elevate the quality of educational resources.
  • An exceptional public speaker and active listener who can engage with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover knowledge gaps and build lasting business relationships.
  • A passion for continuous learning and the ability to keep pace with a rapidly evolving technical ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and a professional command of the English language
  • Willingness to travel around 20% to engage with our global community.

We Value

  • Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into clear, engaging white papers, technical presentations, and hands-on labs.
  • Experience in attending customer meetings and writing technical documentation.
  • Technical expertise: Solid understanding of SQL and good grasp of relational and analytical database management theory and practice, familiarity with version control systems, integration with packaged applications (e.g. relational databases, SAP, Siebel, Oracle Financials, Business Intelligence tools, ...).

  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
