We are currently looking to strengthen the Partner Matters team by adding a Consultant who can help us advise on Talent within the team.

What is the challenge?

The Firm is committed to a differentiation strategy in which business, talent and culture are the key levers to achieve our purpose.

To this end, the Talent team has a Partner Matters area, focused on supporting the group of partners (the highest level of responsibility in the organization) in the changes and priorities required by our transformation context

At the same time, the area focuses on defining the model and evolution of the processes that encompass the life cycle of a partner, with the constant evolution and transformation of these processes being relevant for improving the partner experience.

  • Hiring - Onboarding: identifying new partners and supporting the business in enhancing the value of our partnership model, as well as in the onboarding of New Partners Hired.
  • Training and development: definition and coordination of the training & support plan needed by the group of partners according to their role (from their incorporation into the Firm until their retirement from the organization)
  • Performance: designing the model to align with strategic priorities, as well as coordinating evaluation processes and objectives and their impact on career and compensation decisions
  • Compensation: defining the compensation model and executing the process, advising those responsible on the best way to apply it, aligning them with the premises of meritocracy and sustainability of the partnership.
  • Promotion and succession: defining priorities and managing the processes of promotion, succession and appointments of the main leadership roles of the organization.
  • Partner experience: analysis and improvement of the partner experience with a cross-cutting vision from the different areas of Talent
  • Retirement: management and coordination of the partner retirement process, tributes and recognition events of the Firm

The Partner Matters area reports to the Firm's management bodies (Executive Committee and Partners Council) as ultimately responsible for partners, working in a coordinated and collaborative manner with the various Talent areas and other departments of the Firm.

The person(s) who join the team...

  • They will participate in the design of the initiatives; from strategic thinking to the operational aspects of the processes and the implementation of technological improvements.
  • You will have communication with senior people in the organization from all areas of the Firm (from those responsible for the executive committee, strategy team and heads of Corporate areas - Personnel Administration, Risks, etc.-)
  • He will collaborate with the various managers and experts in each corporate Talent area and with the global network, participating in the working groups associated with transformational initiatives.
