Our Technology & Transformation team is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Business Finance team, working closely with our clients to ensure their critical processes are executed efficiently and securely, using the best technologies on the market.

What is the challenge?

• Lead the gathering and analysis of requirements with financial and business areas.
• Translate functional needs into functional and technical designs within Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design and implement planning, consolidation, reconciliation and reporting models .
• Configure and manage PBCS, FCCS, PBCS FreeForm and/or ARCS applications
• Define data structures, calculation rules, forms, workflows, integrations, and loading processes.
• Design and implement data integrations to and from source systems using Data Exchange.
• Participate in testing, production deployment, and post-implementation support.

How do we imagine you?

• Demonstrable experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
• Full proficiency in at least two of the following solutions: PBCS, FCCS, PBCS FreeForm, ARCS, Data Exchange...
• Solid functional financial knowledge (planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, accounting close, reconciliations).
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions, from the functional approach to the technical design.
• In-depth knowledge of EPM architecture, metadata, security, business rules, and integrations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with business users.
• Autonomous, analytical profile focused on the quality of the solution.

The following will be taken into account:

• Official Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
• Experience in on-premise to cloud migrations.

• Liderar la toma y análisis de requerimientos con áreas financieras y de negocio.
• Traducir necesidades funcionales en diseños funcionales y técnicos dentro de las soluciones Oracle EPM.
• Diseñar e implementar modelos de planificación, consolidación, reconciliación y reporting.
• Configurar y administrar aplicaciones PBCS, FCCS, PBCS FreeForm y/o ARCS
• Definir estructuras de datos, reglas de cálculo, formularios, workflows, integraciones y procesos de carga.
• Diseñar e implementar integraciones de datos desde y hacia sistemas origen mediante Data Exchange.
• Participar en pruebas, puesta en producción y soporte post-implementación.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

• Experiencia demostrable en Oracle EPM Cloud
• Manejo completo al menos de dos de las siguientes soluciones: PBCS, FCCS, PBCS FreeForm, ARCS, Data Exchange...
• Sólidos conocimientos funcionales financieros (planificación, presupuestación, forecast, consolidación financiera, cierre contable, reconciliaciones).
• Capacidad para diseñar soluciones end-to-end, desde el enfoque funcional hasta el diseño técnico.
• Conocimiento profundo de arquitectura EPM, metadatos, seguridad, reglas de negocio e integraciones.
• Alta capacidad de comunicación y trato con usuarios de negocio.
• Perfil autónomo, analítico y orientado a la calidad de la solución.

Se valorará:

• Certificaciones oficiales Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experiencia en migraciones on-premise a Cloud.
