What is the challenge?

• You will conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) in refinancing or divestment processes and Business Reviews in strategic redefinition, balance sheet restructuring, etc. You will analyze the current situation from a business and financial perspective and analyze the business plan for the coming years. Economic and financial models.
• You will advise on refinancing plans: Debt Restructuring; Working capital and "treasury optimization"; working capital financing and risk hedging. You will define an optimal financing structure.
• You will participate in the Value Creation process: seeking to increase profitability through increased revenue and optimized costs. This includes developing contingency and insolvency plans, turnaround plans, and immediate improvement plans.
• You will participate in the design and implementation of EBITDA and cash improvement measures in financial transformation projects
• You will advise on management support projects in M&A, takeover or restructuring situations.

How do we imagine you?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, double degree with Law or Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in restructuring, consulting, or auditing
• High level of English
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Dynamism, proactivity and leadership.

• Asesorarás en proyectos de apoyo a la gestión en situaciones de M&A, toma de control o de reestructuración.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

• Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, doble titulación con Derecho o Ingeniería
• Experiencia de entre 5-7 en restructuraciones, consultoría o auditoría
• Nivel alto de inglés
• Alta capacidad de comunicación y capacidad analítica.
• Dinamismo, proactividad y liderazgo.
