Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage vendor operations and CoE members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure key metrics and targets are achieved.
• Support vendors with tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes.
• Conduct quality checks and support deal sourcing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve vendor operations processes.
