Job Description
We're looking for a DC Sr. Coordinator Data to join the team and focus on growing our own DC "tMart" to manage the full operations and DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements. Below are some of the responsibilities:
- Manage all activities related to warehouse operations, such as inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Oversee and optimize Dark Stores' operations, ensuring that all goods are accurately received, stored, and made available for order fulfillment
- Manage relationships with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and return processing (GRV - Goods Return Vouchers)
- Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
