- Proven Track Record: You need at least 5 years of sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience to fill this role.

What we expect from you:
Team Leadership: With the direct support of the Head of Sales, you will coordinate the daily operations of a 8-10-member sales team (Sales Executives and Managers), helping them reach their goals to grow our portfolio of partner vendors.
Mentorship: You are responsible for onboarding new team members and providing continuous professional support and coaching.
Active Sales: You will actively contribute to new acquisition targets.
Problem Solving: You will handle quality control requests and resolve issues arising during the onboarding process.
Project Management: You will participate in current and future sales projects.
Recruitment: You will support selection processes and play a role in recruiting and choosing new colleagues.
Operational Support: You will assist in operational planning, including geographic coverage and partner prioritization, defining and assigning quarterly strategic goals, and developing performance review processes.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: You will work with other departments (Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Logistics) to achieve long-term business goals together-such as opening new zones or increasing service coverage.
