Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role, or a recent Master’s/Ph.D. with relevant project or internship experience.

• A higher education in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.

• Foundational understanding of digital product development and an eagerness to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrable foundational experience applying statistical methods to generate actionable insights and drive decision-making.

• Solid theoretical understanding in at least one area of advanced analytics or Machine Learning (e.g., statistical inference, causal inference, supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis).

• Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (Python), with practical experience using data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter/iPython notebooks).

• Foundational knowledge and/or project experience in designing and analyzing digital experiments (A/B test, multivariate, etc).

• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
