The Business Analyst will be a key figure in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of Agile delivery. You will lead the elicitation and documentation of requirements, ensuring that every technical solution is perfectly aligned with business goals. Your mission is to transform complex needs into clear, actionable specifications while maintaining Coderio's high standards of quality and efficiency.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and detailed functional specifications.
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure total solution alignment.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
Facilitate requirement workshops and actively manage product backlog prioritization within Agile frameworks.
Conduct gap analysis and validate that delivered solutions meet defined business needs and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and roadmap.
Act as a point of contact for clarifications during the development lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles within software development environments.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, managing backlogs, and writing effective User Stories.
Proficiency in Project Management tools: Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
Experience in Modeling & Wireframing: Ability to design processes and flows using Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, or similar.
Data-driven mindset: Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge to support decision-making.
English and Spanish proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages (Native or near-native English is a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
Experience with Figma (for viewing and interpreting UI/UX designs).
Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization.
Background in international projects or distributed teams.
