What will your role be?

Your main mission will be to lead the design, development, and maintenance of the reporting and advanced analytics ecosystem for the Commercial area, with a specialized focus on B2B Marketing. Through the creation of high-impact analytical models and visualizations, you will help business teams identify growth opportunities, optimize their campaigns, and deeply understand our customer portfolio's behavior to maximize business value.

• Design and manage the B2B Marketing balanced scorecard, defining KPIs and views by channel, industry, and campaign.

• Prepare operational and management reports for detailed monitoring of the sales funnel, demand generation, and conversion.

• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI, optimizing usability for business users and executive profiles.

• Analyze the performance of commercial actions to identify improvement levers and concrete recommendations for sales teams.

• Develop and implement advanced analytical models, including lead scoring, propensity models, and churn risk.

• Perform customer segmentation and value analysis (LTV) to answer key questions about the impact of commercial initiatives.

• Apply data storytelling techniques to translate complex data into clear, executive, and actionable narratives.

• Document key metrics and maintain the KPI dictionary to ensure information consistency across the organization.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or similar.

• Experience: At least 3 years in data analysis, Business Intelligence, reporting, or data science functions applied to business environments.

• Knowledge in: Advanced handling of SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI; expert command of Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in applied statistics and modeling techniques; knowledge of specific B2B marketing and sales metrics.

• Languages: High level of English.

It would be ideal if, in addition:

• You have the ability to present and communicate with impact.

• You have a Master's or postgraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Market Research.

• You bring previous experience in the energy, industry, or B2B sectors.

• You have experience applying new methodologies and tools such as AI/GenAI.
