Qualix D.O.O.Beograd is dedicated to sales and distribution of Adrian Magnus premium cigar brand. With a growing presence in the European and U.S. markets, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to help us expand our global footprint and strengthen our partnerships across key international markets
We are expanding into the US market and looking for a confident, motivated B2B Sales Agent, based in Serbia, to drive outreach and sales growth across US distributors, retailers, shops, and cigar networks.
This is an on-site role based in our New Belgrade office, requiring strong communication skills, outbound sales experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based partners and teams across time zones. You will play a key role in introducing premium cigar brands to new partners and supporting our expansion into the US market
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach to distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across US
- Build and manage a sales pipeline - from prospecting to follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Present product catalogs, pricing, and brand stories to potential partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured outreach and follow-up cycles
- Coordinate virtual meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, distribution) to support order processing
- Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to help refine sales strategy
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with growth goals
- Ensure excellent communication and relationship-building with all B2B partners
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) - ideally C2, both spoken and written
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an English-speaking market (B2B preferred)
- Strong background in outbound sales and cold outreach
- Based in Belgrade with availability to work across US timezones 4pm - 12am
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Strong discipline in on-site work, self-organization, and time management
