✅ Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product strategy and roadmap; adjust products specifically to meet Swedish regulatory requirements.
• Vision & Buy-in: Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Product Optimization: Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Execution: Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource use.
• Launch Management: Drive product launches in coordination with executives and other product management team members.

✅ Requirements

• Location: Based in Denmark (Mandatory relocation to Denmark is required).
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry. (Resumes without this experience cannot be considered).
• Regulatory Expertise: Solid, direct experience with Swedish iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Lifecycle Management: Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: * Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Operations: Good understanding of online Casino operations.
• Compliance: Familiarity with responsible gambling frameworks (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
