- International standards of electronic component qualification
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Quality management standard & tools, statistical methods
- Semiconductor device / ECU test concept
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English

Job Description
- Responsible for SC component, e.g. ASIC, Sensor... related cases handling with internal supplier, ECU complaints from OEM customer (0-Km, Field)
- Customer communication and reporting w/ equiped component, ECU and system knowledge.
- Customer escalation management
- System tracking and driving internal supplier quality improvement.
- Be able to lead critical case handling as global task force leader with experienced problem-solving skills and project management method.
- Quality Statistics, Reporting.
- Other tasks as defined by Quality Manager
