Job Description
Main Objective:
Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Director by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment.
What challenges will you have?
- Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule
- Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team.
- Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
- Ensure full compliance with the organization's process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements.
- Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions.
- Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant.
