•People management: Overall Wuj PUQ team management and contact window for Wuj raw material topics

•Mechanical material quality responsibility: Responsible quality of supplied mechanical parts in Wujin beginning with series release to ensure a continuous production flow in the plants

•Prevention quality: Early involvement in supplier releasing phase and introducing lesson learn at project starting phase

•Cost ownership: Reimbursement of defect costs in coordination with commercial purchasing

• Launch & Communication: Work with engineering and MOE team to define control and monitoring parameter at supplier side

• Lean thinking: Always pursue effective solution for team working efficiency

Traits:

•Passionate about raw material preventive quality and sensitivity for potential material risks.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholder with professional technical knowledge

•Strong analytical and strategic thinking, capable of seizing new technology

Experience:

•Bachelors in Mechanic Engineering.

•Experience on quality and people management

•Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving skills

•Task force experience
