Education

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience

  • Technical design experience in an industrial environment.
  • Experience working with complex machinery or testing systems is an advantage.

Know‑how

  • Strong skills in 3D design and simulation.
  • Knowledge of electricity and pneumatics.
  • Understanding of automation and robotics.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Ability to write technical specifications and support machinery development processes.

Languages

  • Good proficiency in English;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Open‑minded and comfortable collaborating in intercultural environments.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of documenting complex systems clearly.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Mechanical/Mechatronics Test System Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for industrializing complex testing systems for ADAS technologies. Your work will directly support the development of safer, smarter, and more reliable automotive systems used worldwide.

  • Support the continuous improvement of existing testing machinery and equipment.
  • Develop mechanical concepts and designs for new test systems.
  • Create requirement specifications and support the sourcing process.
  • Follow up with suppliers during the construction, assembly, and validation of new machinery.
  • Train operators and maintenance teams on how to operate, maintain, and calibrate complex equipment - both locally and in Bosch plants around the world.
  • Ensure proper documentation, organization, and knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary and intercultural team, contributing to innovative solutions and overcoming technical challenges.
