Job Description

• Manage documentation in Bosch internal systems for customer requirements and quality procedures
• Handle complaints, prepare reports, and create presentations for quality and warranty monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of investigations and analysis reports
• Process export shipment documents and manage returned unit packaging
