Job Description

• Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship.
• Achieve the sales target in business plan for his / her project(s)
• Basic technical knowhow for ADAS or breaking area
• Acquisition for EBS & ADAS new projects
• Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.
• Check customer forecast and confirm correct monthly order
• Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation
• Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit
