Qualifications

- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods
- Ability to analyze inventory data and identify operational inefficiencies
- Preferred: Advanced capabilities (Spanish/English)
- Preferred: Experience with logistics software platforms
- Preferred: Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role within warehouse operations

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Juárez, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining professional standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation with precision
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies
- Track inventory levels and communicate stock status to relevant departments
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff on proper handling and storage procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Maintain organized records and generate reports on warehouse performance metrics
