We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Booking Ads team.
We connect advertisers with travelers at scale through targeted, inspiring advertising that encourages the discovery of new accommodations, destinations, transportation options, and attractions - delivering measurable results across the travel journey.
This role will tackle key challenges to drive product growth, support partner success, and enhance traveler engagement:
Evolve our advertising product portfolio to meet diverse advertiser needs.
Enhance the campaign management experience-we offer flexible options and user-friendly platforms to support effective campaign setup, analysis, and optimization.
Provide partners with valuable insights and guidance to help them make informed decisions and shape their advertising strategy.
Ensure a quality user experience by delivering ad content that is engaging and highly relevant to travelers' interests.
Being a Product Marketing Manager is about scaling and improving products, features and services that help increase partner satisfaction, improve customer experience and grow the commercial success of Booking.com. With vast amounts of data at your fingertips, you will scale, create, test and validate value propositions for partners across the globe. You will operate from within the product development department, which is working closely with our increasing number of 1.7M+ partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage all aspects of product marketing across multiple products including: product proposition validation and market fit, go-to-market strategy, new product launch, portfolio marketing strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, competitive research, internal communications and field enablement. Some of the things we expect you to excel at:
Represent advertiser needs internally and externally, while safeguarding the traveller experience and protecting Booking.com's commercial interests.
Own the end to end GTM process - from target setting and planning to execution, reporting, and retrospective analysis.
Define and lead the strategy for all advertiser communications, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent and effective messaging.
Own internal communications to deliver relevant, timely, and accurate product and commercial updates to the business.
Validate value propositions with target audiences using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Continuously synthesize feedback from multiple sources and provide clear, actionable insights to product teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of owning scalable products end to end - from ideation through launch and optimization.
3-5 years of experience developing and managing large scale marketing campaigns across channels such as email, and onsite messaging, for B2B and or B2C audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional stakeholders and influence decisions on product direction and go to market timing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling value propositions and deliver campaigns, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
Solid understanding of business economics and product impact measurement, with experience partnering closely with data analytics, data science, and product management to define and track success metrics.
Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to define a product marketing roadmap, build a clear plan, and execute effectively both autonomously and within cross functional teams.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with the ability to quickly build expertise in retail media.
