● Maintain a structured overview of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) in development, ensuring visibility for internal and external stakeholders.

● Track and identify new PRDs across group companies, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

● Work closely with the Product Director to ensure PRDs are written clearly, comprehensively, and in compliance with regulatory expectations.

● Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure all product changes meet regulatory requirements by facilitating the timely review and sign-off of PRDs.

● Report PRD status to the Change Board and other internal teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and potential risks.

● Monitor third-party vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with contractual agreements.

● Track and assess vendor deliverables, SLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating issues where necessary.

● Attend regular meetings with third-party vendors, documenting key updates and reporting any new product changes to the Product Director.

● Assist in managing legal and privacy-related paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are reviewed, signed, and stored in a timely manner.

● Support internal governance processes by maintaining proper documentation and facilitating approvals related to product and third-party engagements.
