THE POSITION

• This role will play a critical part in executing strategic communication initiatives, managing internal and external messaging, strengthening brand reputation, and supporting corporate events especially during a key business period.
• This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of communications, public affairs, and corporate strategy, collaborating closely with senior leadership and global teams.
• This role is fixed term contract until the end of November 2026.
• Depending on the candidate's experience, a Managerial level could be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Corporate PR activities, including media coordination and communication with external agencies, under the guidance of Head of Corporate Affairs
• Support the preparation and delivery of internal communications, including townhalls and leadership communications
• Manage and maintain website content and internal social media platforms
• Provide communications support to Animal Health and/or Human Pharma teams in close coordination with the Corporate Affairs team
• Support the coordination and communication of charitable contributions and Corporate Sustainability initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (communications, public relations, public affairs or a related field preferred)
• 3-7 years of experiences in communications (pharmaceutical/bio/healthcare industry experiences preferred)
• Strategic thinking, and project management capabilities
• Fluency in Korean & English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proactive, agile team player with strong collaboration mind-set
