What will you do?

• Supervisar e intervenir en la prestación de los servicios de comidas y/o bebidas (restaurantes, bares, etc.).
• Planificar tiempo y recursos: elaboración de turnos, control de stocks.
• Organizar y asignar las mesas a los camareros que dependen de él.
• Corregir las actuaciones de sus colaboradores, facilitando la solución de problemas.
• Supervisar la higiene y presentación de su personal, así como el estado de la limpieza de su sector.
• Controlar la "mise en place".
• Tomar las "comandas".
• Informar al maître de las deficiencias que observe en la calidad y presentación de las comidas.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año como camarero, deseable en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma (francés o alemán).
• Capacidad de Organización.
• Resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para gestionar equipos.
