What will you do?

• Organizar, dirigir y coordinar el trabajo del personal a su cargo.
• Supervisar y controlar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de los utensilios, además del buen uso de maquinaria y materiales.
• Colaborar en la instrucción del personal a su cargo.
• Controlar costes, stock, pedidos, y compras.
• Elaborar menús de todo incluido y a la carta.
• Responsabilizarse de los procesos operativos de cocina.
• Responsabilizarse de garantizar la elaboración, calidad y presentación del buffet en base a los estándares marcados por la compañía.
• Encargarse del mantenimiento de la normativa en higiene y manipulación de alimentos.
• Adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la cocina

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina.
• Experiencia: al menos 2 años como jefe/a de cocina.
• Idiomas: inglés alto.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: Office (a nivel usuario), cocina española y cocina internacional.

HABILIDADES:
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Con dotes de liderazgo y experiencia en la gestión de equipos grandes.
• Flexible, dinámico/a, motivador/a.
• Capacidad de planificación y organización.
• Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
