We are looking for a Transversal Internal Control Manager F/M to join the Risk Management department of AXA Partners. What you'll be doing: Individual responsibilities/tasks/ Key Result areas Propose and lead the execution of the annual AXA Partners Internal Control plan through instructions to first and second-line teams and monitoring of the progress in executing the plan, including contributing to the permanent optimization and strengthening of the AXA Partners Internal Control framework, in line with strategic direction from the Global Head of Internal Control Governance. Prepare reports on Internal Control execution, testing, remediation action management, annual certification and annual report for the AXA Partners CRO & ARCC. Support communication to the AXA Group Internal Control department for all topics and ensure a proactive and transparent communication channel is kept in place Be the Internal Control expert (stream leader) for at least one Macro Processes and lead the interactions between Risk Management and the relevant professional family Develop methodological guidelines on all Internal Control topics (including permanent improvement projects), ensuring the AXA Group methodology is adapted to the AXA Partners specifics Develop training material and deliver training sessions based on Internal Control methodological guidelines for the RM team and for first line teams Develop systems and processes to ensure documentation on the IC activities is adequate as well as training documentation & guidelines are accessible to all users Supervise the SCALA administrator and ensure that SCALA is efficiently used by first and second line usersDevelop reporting and AI powered systems (Power BI) to ensure strong monitoring of the implementation of the IC framework, including quality of all documentation established by Internal Control team What you'll bring: Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent understanding of internal control practices Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, managing stakeholders of all levels of seniority (including Group Risk Management & AXA Partners Excom members). A French speaker would be desirable but not essential. Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders operating at different offices across the globe, including through developing and teaching training sessions. Strong critical thinking and professional scepticism, able to work independently and challenge information constructively Resilience, diplomacy, self-motivation and integrity. Takes the initiative to plan, manage the execution, and deliver multiple pieces of work to different deadlines, with minimal supervision.
