Support the sales team (80%) - Underwriting, Pricing and provide the proposal to sale team within the turnaround time. - Check and verify proposal before submitted to management for approval. - Provide advice and guidance to the sales teams about term & conditions, premium calculation methods and premium rates offered. - Negotiate with the sales team on the terms and condition of the quotation. - Understand the terms and conditions of each product. - Participate in pricing for special project upon the request. Control sustainability growth (10%) - Understand the Company's guideline, AXA Group's guideline /exclusion and perform work correctly according to the specified guidelines. - Carefully consider the risks of each customer and determine the appropriate price for each situation to control the LR of group business. - Provides statistical information on quotations or LR of group insurance customers and monitoring. Process & Product Improvement (10%) - Participate in training for underwriting guideline, premium calculation, coverage & condition, process & pricing tool. - Give requirement for new product & advice & involve in the process. - Review & Improve for the underwriting guideline for Group business. - Review & Improve for the work process. - Provide constructive suggestions or recommendations to improve work or process. Technical skills - Have good mathematical or statistical skills. - Have good skills in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other computer skill.
