Responsibilities: Support the project manager among technical office to coordinate in General Insurance project and facilitate the liaison with other stakeholders to ensure the project is launched efficiently in a timely manner Assist benefit comparison among different versions of the same product type, and facilitate proposal formation of benefit matching from old to new portfolio Support channels' alignment on, in addition to product benefits, other channel-specific migration rules, including but not limited to: matching customer offer such as migration discount, special adjustment to producers' incentive, materials to support smooth customer migration (e.g. cover letter, renew-not-invited notice, new app form with personal data prefilled) producers' communication decommission / arrangement for non-migrated policies Obtain clearance about product migration communication / customers' consent from legal and compliance Review and provide comments on materials from product perspective, including data mapping rules from system owners endorsement wording from strategic underwriting customer/ producer communication materials from distribution marketing Support internal training, enquiries on product offering from frontline staff Support UAT / BVT on behalf of the team Implement demise of old products after migration completed according to product decommissioning procedure Conduct other ad-hoc tasks in relation to project as assigned by the team head from time to time Qualifications: University degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information Minimum of 3 years or above relevant experience in the insurance / financial industry Exposure in project management is a plus Strong understanding in insurance systems and the relevant system/ business logic Experience in AXA proprietary insurance system and project management framework a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Great organization skills to manage multiple tasks Able to work under pressure and tight deadline Experience in working with other departments / functions a plus Good command of written and spoken English About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
