We are looking for a Senior Budgeting & Control Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key indicators such as expenses, revenues, and investments, providing insights that drive efficiency and company growth. Join a dynamic environment where your talent will make a difference. 🌟 What you'll be doing: Analyze monthly operating expenses, prepare expense working papers, review and generate monthly provisions, and propose operational efficiencies. Prepare working papers for expense and cost recovery with AXA Seguros, analyze and allocate expenses by cost center and contract in collaboration with the Financial Operations area. Develop and map procedures to ensure process standardization and control. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Conduct analysis on profit sharing, commissions, premium accruals, technical reserves, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize company results. Demonstrate proactivity, openness to change, and generate proposals for automation of processes to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with information security policies, data privacy, fraud prevention, and other relevant regulations; execute functions in accordance with established procedures to mitigate operational, security, or fraud risks. Participate in training sessions, report incidents, and promote a culture of security awareness. Act as a financial Business Partner, providing support and strategic advice to internal clients to facilitate informed decision-making. What you'll bring: Strong expertise in budgeting, quarterly forecasting, expense control, and variance analysis. Results-oriented, proactive, with excellent teamwork, analytical skills, and a service-minded attitude. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Advance level of English. At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
