Primary Objective: The Project Manager Transversal Technology is responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects with significant technologic impact. They ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while leading and motivating project teams. They contribute to delivering innovative technological solutions tailored to the organization's needs. Key Responsibilities: Management of IT Projects: Actively participate in the execution of technological projects that could have impact across multiple business units or IT systems. Propose suitable solutions, oversee, validate, and report on all project aspects to ensure compliance with organizational requirements, methodologies, and quality standards. Planning and Organization: Develop detailed project plans (timelines, budgets, resource allocation, team formation), define objectives and methodology, and monitor their implementation to ensure successful completion within scheduled timeframes, budgets, and quality criteria. Monitoring and Control: Supervise project progress, validate deliverables, identify and address risks or issues, and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders. Manage deviations and make necessary adjustments to meet commitments. Financial Management: Estimate, monitor, and control project budgets and costs. Respond to internal client inquiries regarding billing to ensure proper accounting. Operational Management: Oversee the daily management of the project team, coordinate with their feature leads, and support their development. Close the project by meeting the set criteria (timing, budget, quality, objectives). Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including Project Sponsor, other departments, AXA GO, feature and product leads, HR, consultants, and vendors. Facilitate collaboration and strategic alignment. Profile Requirements: Degree: Masters in IT or equivalent. Experience: A first experience in project management, up to a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management. Ideally with experience managing cross-functional or Epic projects in an agile or traditional environment. Languages: You have a native level of Dutch or French, a good command of the other, and are fluent in English. Good organizational and communication skills. Basic understanding of technical aspects to understand and challenge the stakeholders of the project.
