What you'll be doing: Manage HR requests for employees and managers in French-speaking countries across the employee lifecycle Review requests from local HR teams and ensure data accuracy and completeness Process HR transactions efficiently in line with internal policies and service standards Deliver tasks within agreed timelines and service levels Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports for local HR teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance) Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality Support the maintenance and smooth operation of HR Global systems What you'll bring: Must-have: Advanced French (C1 or higher) Good command of English for internal communication Native-level Czech or Polish Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Nice-to-have: Previous experience in HR, administration, or shared services Basic to intermediate Excel skills Experience with HR systems is an advantage We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.
