Responsibilities: Clarify the business needs and goal. Facilitate business to prepare the Business Requirement Specification (BRS)/User Stories with clear information an and prioritize the business requirement Coordinate with delivery team & Solution Architect on requirement clarification, ensure both business & IT teams are aligned Facilitate solution discussion with Solution Architect & delivery teams, assist to communicate the possible solution options to business Coordinate with related scrum teams for requirement discussion, access the solution impact and support for their sprint planning Conduct functionality mapping of the requirement to the associated functions in related systems Facilitate different teams to conduct different technical mapping exercise with the respective requirement Prepare and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) associated with the requirement/user stories, functional specification & UAT Scenario Assist business to conduct FS & UAT scenario review to ensure all the requirements are covered Ensure security assessment is being included Consolidate and communicate on the effort estimation/sprint plan Qualifications: Typically require a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field. Proven 2+ year's professional experience as a Leadership role in IT field. 3+ years as a Senior Business System Analyst or IT Job-related. Relevant experience on insurance or other financial services is preferred. Proven ability to undertake and manage large scale complex IT projects independently. Relevant experience on life insurance or other financial services. Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others Well organised and results-driven individual Effective interpersonal skills Be a strong and highly skilled communicator as well as really motivated to do well for organization and teams. Have courage in your convictions, make, and stand by decisions based on fact and show us your strong personality.
