Job ID: 2026-15061 The Creative Content Officer will write and review communication materials intended for AXA Philippines' various external stakeholders including but not limited to prospects or leads, customers, regulators, and the general public. The types of communication may be in the form of letters or emails, articles, advisories, product brochures, content for the company website and other digital assets, SMS and Viber messages, and social media posts. He/she will also assist on other communication or stakeholder relationship-building activities led by the team. Duties & Responsibilities • Ensure that communications to AXA's external audience are engaging, relevant, and that content is creative and messaging is consistent. Experience in writing for an insurance company or the insurance industry is preferred but not required. • Write or rewrite content for the AXA Philippines website and other digital assets such as the Emma by AXA PH app as well as partner materials (Metrobank and PSBank), among others. • Support the brand team by editing and improving copy/content for product and marketing materials which include scripts for corporate videos and ads, among others. • Support the corporate communications team for writing and review requirements as well as in other activities as necessary. Required Skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrates attention to detail / organization skills. Strong proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high-quality and accurate. • Decision-making and problem solving skills; with sense of urgency & orientation for deadlines; ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in insurance or financial services industry (preferred but not mandatory) • Understanding of the industry's regulatory and compliance issues for purposes of communicating effectively with stakeholders on a wide range of issues • Curiosity to learn about the industry and business/business-oriented At AXA, each person matters.
