The Strategy Manager will support the Head of Employee Benefits Strategy in driving profitable growth across AXA's Employee Benefits (EB) business. This role bridges strategy, analytics, and execution, ensuring business priorities translate into actionable roadmaps, measurable outcomes and sustained performance enhancement. This role, working at the intersection of EB value drivers, is instrumental to reinforcing AXA market leading role in EB business, forging our position as the trusted health partner of our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Strategy Support development of EB business strategy, including annual strategy planning, market positioning, and growth initiatives Prepare senior leadership materials including but not limited to ExCom updates, Group business review, strategy & performance deep dives Conduct market, competitor, and market share analysis to inform strategic priorities 2. Value Realisation Perform analysis on market trends, competitive landscape and key profitability drivers Support the end-to-end design and implementation of commercialization strategy Identify governance / tracking of value across major initiatives 3. Strategy-to-Execution Enablement Facilitate prioritization and translate strategy into execution roadmaps, initiative charters, financial impact cases/ KPI dashboards Act as a key business partner to lead change, drive strategy planning & formulation, communicate strategic priorities and impact with AXA global counter partners Support mobilisation of cross-functional initiatives and monitor delivery progress and risks 4. Stakeholder Management & Support Act as central coordination point e.g. Group executive updates One AXA initiatives / medical market intelligence Strategic partnerships and vendor initiatives Manage recurring leadership governance processes Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university or college Minimum 5 years of work experience as external or internal strategy / corporate consulting, preferably in an insurance company Good understanding of EB business and its business environment (e.g. business drivers, competition, regulation) High analytical rigor with ability to translate data into business insights Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving with ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights and recommendations Trusted advisor mindset with ability to influence without authority Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced transformation environments About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
