Within this division, the Network Global Products department manages essential User Connectivity solutions, including the User Access Network (UAN) product. Position Objective Reporting to the UAN Product Owner, the Project Management Officer ensures the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating activities such as meeting facilitation, project tracking, stakeholder communication, and plan alignment. By optimizing resource allocation and task management, the PMO directly enables the timely realization of value-driven projects and initiatives within the UAN team. Mission Description Team Enablement: Serve as the operational backbone by maintaining organized meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up documentation to support team efficiency. Project Support: Contribute proactively to all project phases-planning, execution, monitoring, and review-facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration and on-time achievement of objectives. Partnership: Collaborate closely with the User Access Network Product Team to ensure smooth PMO operations, managing detailed project and BAU tasks to meet deadlines. Connection: Foster strong relationships through transparent communication, engaging working sessions, and consistent status updates with team members and stakeholders. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and optimize resource use. Data Analysis: Support data collection and organization related to projects and BAU activities, conducting analyses that generate actionable insights for decision-making. YOUR PROFILE Education: Master's degree (BAC +4 or +5) from a Business School or University, specializing in Project Management or a related field.
