As Speed Planning Analyst for ES, you will take end-to-end ownership of network launches across your region from day one, co-owning strategic initiatives with senior leadership and exercising sound judgement to ensure launch plans are aligned with operational readiness. You will lead high-impact projects-from Nexus launches to Same Day Cycles acceleration-partnering across first mile, middle mile, and AMZL teams to drive network speed optimization and customer experience improvements.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for securing all approvals, conducting Business Case Reviews, and obtaining sign-offs from DEX, STEP, and Operations Leadership across your region. You will conduct comprehensive launch readiness assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies ahead of go-live, while building data-driven business cases using AS IS vs. future state models that translate complex operational data into clear financial and strategic recommendations. You will present findings to senior leadership, influencing decisions with well-structured, evidence-based narratives, and continuously challenge the status quo to drive improvement across network planning processes.
