Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of Allianz Group founded in 2004 with locations around the globe. Our experienced teams support Allianz operating entities in key strategic projects. What you do

• Deliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence.

• Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organizational redesign.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans.

• Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programs.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership.

• Drive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management.

What you bring

• Excellent Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in strategy or management consulting.

• Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning, business case development, and market analysis.

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead strategic engagements.

• Experience in change management, organizational design, and transformation programs.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic modeling tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision-making.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).

• Financial services industry experience is mandatory.

• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Interest in digital strategy, innovation, and technology is highly valued.
