AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 -Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Supporting on time and efficiently a manager and a team in operational, planning or organisational tasks.

Main Accountabilities:

- Understanding of the Procurement process and tools

- Preparation and conclusion of Call For Tenders: preparation of documents, analysis of proposals from suppliers, supplier selection, contract validation form (executive summary, main deviations, risks and opportunities of the contract)

- Preparation of contractual documents: contract/amendments drafting and execution of negotiations

- Contractual analysis of agreements during the contract administration phase

- Identification and evaluation of opportunities for digitalization in the department: eg digitalization of KPIs

Special Project on Disability and Inclusion:

- Market research and data analysis

- Build up of a DFC roadmap

- Analysis of opportunities

- Definition of reporting

- Coordinatation with stakeholders

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

- Degree in Business Management (ADE, Economics, Finance...) preferred.
- Level C1 English.
