WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

​

Ensure efficient, accurate and agile planning of materials throughout the entire supply chain, aligning demand, production capacity and stock availability through advanced use of the MRP system within InforLN ERP.

​

• Execute and maintain the MRP updated across all work centers.
• Coordinate the MPS with the sales, operations, and purchasing teams.
• Oversee proper configuration of items and planning parameters.
• Analyze order suggestions and convert them into firm purchase or production orders.
• Manage and resolve exceptions: stockouts, delays, overstock.
• Run scenario simulations to anticipate future needs.
• Generate planning reports and KPIs for management.
• Train and support the planning team in ERP best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

​

• Industrial, Organizational, Logistics Engineering or related fields.
• 5 years of work experience in materials planning or supply chain, particularly in supplier management.
• Experience in industrial companies with multi-plant or multi-site environments, and functional knowledge of logistics, purchasing, and production.
• Mastery of MRP systems with proven experience in ERP environments, ideally Infor LN.
• High level of Spanish and English (required for ERP use, and communication with suppliers or international plants).
• Advanced level of Excel, Access or BI tools for planning data analysis.

• Specific training in Supply Chain (APICS, CPIM, Lean Supply Chain).
• Experience leading planning teams and implementing or improving ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to translate planning data into operational decisions.
• Excellent communication with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Proactivity in the face of deviations and critical scenarios.
