Functions

  • Manage Jira boards, ensuring transparency in the backlog, continuous prioritization, and tracking of team progress.
  • Ensure the adoption of agile best practices, promote continuous improvement, and optimize delivery flows.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to align expectations and maximize the value delivered.
Responsibilities
  • Advanced experience in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices applied to complex technological projects.
  • Mastery of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, metrics, incidents, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to guide development teams, manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and promote self-organization.
  • Solid knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
  • B2 English level with test, to interact with global teams, technical documentation, and ceremonies in English.
  • Analytical capacity to interpret key metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and lead time.
