Introduction

At Accenture, we are looking for a highly accomplished SAP Utilities Transmission & Distribution (T&D) expert to strengthen our Utilities practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the utilities industry, a proven track record in strategic advisory roles, and deep expertise in SAP Utilities-particularly within Transmission & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, EAM, and Work Management.

This role requires strong architectural expertise, the ability to influence and partner with C‑Suite stakeholders, and extensive experience driving SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformations, including innovations based on SAP BTP, AI/ML, Cloud solutions, and complex GIS and MM process integrations.

We are seeking a visionary leader capable of shaping strategic roadmaps, designing scalable future‑oriented SAP architectures, managing large-scale programs, and guiding clients through impactful transformation journeys in the Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise C‑Suite stakeholders on SAP Utilities T&D strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Design end‑to‑end SAP IS‑U / S/4HANA Utilities architectures, including GIS and MM integrations.

• Oversee delivery of SAP Utilities projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Drive thought leadership, mentor teams, and represent Accenture in industry events and forums.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills

• Extensive Utilities industry background with deep SAP IS‑U and S/4HANA Utilities expertise.

• Strong command of T&D processes, Plant Maintenance, EAM, Work Management, and related integrations.

• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP transformation programs and architecture roles.

• Experience in advisory engagements, RFP leadership, and solution design.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement capabilities.
