This pivotal role is essential in driving our product line's success, expanding its influence among General Practitioners and leading specialists, and establishing AbbVie as a trusted partner in neuroscience treatment. If you're ready to shape the future of healthcare, we're ready for you!

This is a fully field‑based role with no required presence at the office, but the candidate must be able to travel daily across the different regions of Luxembourg.

Mission

  • Brand Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Luxembourg market.
  • Healthcare Professionals Collaboration: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with GPs and other healthcare providers to support patient-focused treatment plans.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and key brand performance indicators (KPIs), through effective multichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions and consistently strong sales performance.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of customers and provide tailored solutions that support optimal patient care.
  • Understand the patient journey within the hospital and patient care around in a multi-stakeholder's environment
  • Develop and execute a strategic call plan to optimize customer engagement.
  • Share market intelligence with teams to anticipate trends and adapt strategies.
  • Strengthen AbbVie's brand value among healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
  • Comply with AbbVie's compliance, ethical, and legal guidelines and ensure timely completion of all assigned training and reporting.
