Qualifications

• Localize, prioritize and implement global and LATAM strategy, promotional messaging, and supportive materials, maximizing opportunities across markets (public and private) and stakeholders.
• Leverage in brand planning process, leading Abbvie’s methodology, and tactical plan to ensure a robust marketing plan.
• Lead peer to peer strategy design and implementation as activities that leverage business growth.
• Collaborate closely with scientific societies and key opinion leaders, supporting their initiatives and developing new activities that strategically enhance the positioning of our portfolio within the specialty.
• Elevate winning with data capability, supporting the use and analysis of available data resources to make timely / informed decisions and increase commercial modelling and forecasting capabilities.

Education:

• Professional with a university degree (mandatory), preferably in business-related administrative careers or Life Sciences.

Languages:

• Advanced English level (mandatory).

Experience:

• 5 years of proven successful experience in marketing/commercial excellence in the multinational pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of the healthcare system, its main stakeholders, and information sources.

Implementation of omnichannel strategies (desirable).
